HR Advisor

VVOB is a growing and ambitious organisation which comes with several HR opportunities and challenges. As HR advisor you are the first point of contact and sparring partner for HR topics for the country management in some of our countries. In this role you know how to find a good balance between the interests of employees and teams and organisational interests. Furthermore, you are responsible for Talent Management, and you lead various global HR projects, improving HR policies and processes in line with our Global VVOB strategy: Learning Unlimited.

You will be part of the HR team at Head Office, led by our Global Lead of HR and joined by 2 HR Officers. You work closely together with the country management and HR colleagues in our countries and at Head Office.
